Guests will have full access to house and the outdoor space, carpark, pool, spa, etc
Other things to note
Please note this is not a party house, we don't allow loud noises or parties. This is a peaceful property and we would hate to upset our neighbours. No extra guests allowed at anytime.
$100 cleaning fee applies for using the BBQ. Please feel free to use and clean it properly to avoid this fee. ... The bedding arrangement can be altered upon request.
